June 2026 will remain a special period in Monroc’s history. To celebrate our 55th anniversary, we wanted to bring together all those who have helped make the company what it is since 1971: customers, suppliers, partners, employees, local elected representatives, residents, and families.
Three events dedicated to conviviality, sharing, and passing on our heritage.
An anniversary evening with our partners
On June 11, we had the pleasure of celebrating this anniversary alongside our customers, suppliers, partners, employees, local elected representatives, and many of the people who are part of our story.
This evening was an opportunity to look back on the journey we have taken since Monroc was founded, while also discussing the projects and challenges that lie ahead.
Beyond the event itself, it was above all the encounters, conversations, and shared moments that made this evening so memorable.

An open day to introduce Monroc
On June 13, we opened the doors of our site to everyone wishing to discover the company.
The programme included:
- guided tours of our facilities,
- the opportunity to discover our products and expertise,
- discussions with our teams,
- and a friendly gathering over a drink to continue the conversations.
This day allowed many visitors to better understand our activities and discover the women and men who bring Monroc to life every day.
A family day to share our daily life
On June 14, it was time for our family day.
Each employee had the opportunity to invite their loved ones to discover their working environment, our products, and the different professions within the company.
This day also gave families the chance to meet the colleagues we work with every day and share a meal in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
A wonderful moment of sharing that reflects the human values that have driven Monroc for more than five decades.
55 years of history… and still looking to the future
Since 1971, Monroc has been built on the trust of its customers, the commitment of its employees, the support of its partners, and its strong local roots.
These celebrations were an opportunity to reflect on the journey we have taken, but also to reaffirm our ambition for the years ahead: to continue innovating, supporting our customers, and developing increasingly efficient solutions for the agricultural and industrial sectors.
